Aarti Sidhu is a staff attorney in the Education Unit of Disability Rights Maryland (DRM). At DRM, she represents students with disabilities and protects and advocates for their right to special education and related services. She also co-chairs the Maryland Coalition to Reform School Discipline, which is committed to positive school discipline reform to ensure a fair and equitable education for all students and dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline. As a mother of a baby that spent some time in the NICU, she is also passionate about maternal health.
