Carlesa is passionate and committed advocate for families, youth, and children in my community, statewide, and nationally. She engages with others to develop alliances to support parents, schools, community organizations, and agencies to positively impact the lives of our youth. Carlesa earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education from Towson University as well as a Master's in Education from Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
